- Poland: 20 PLN, delivery time 6–10 business days.

- EMS (Express Mail Service): from 18 EUR — expedited international delivery across Europe, to the United Kingdom, Canada and some other destinations.
The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on the order value and the selected delivery method.
ATTENTION: We DO NOT ship “Artemida+ VISION” and “Mistik New VISION” to the UK, IRELAND, or GERMANY. Orders containing “Mistik” or “Artemida” to these countries will be cancelled.
Delivery to the USA
Delivery is carried out in accordance with US customs regulations:
- for orders up to 685 € — customs duties are included in the delivery cost;
- for orders from 685 € — customs duties are paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Delivery to the UAE and Bahrain
- Delivery cost — from 8 EUR.

Please note that in some countries parcels may be subject to national customs duties and taxes in accordance with local legislation.
The final decision regarding customs charges is made by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Some countries have restrictions on the import of food supplements and vitamins, especially in large quantities.
Therefore, we recommend placing orders of up to 5 different items per shipment.
Considering that international delivery starts from 6 EUR, if necessary, it is better to place a second order after 4–5 days.
We also recommend choosing standard (non-EMS) delivery, as express shipments are subject to more thorough customs inspections.

*WayForPay — is a Ukrainian online payment service with payment via bank cards of VISA and MasterCard payment systems from residents of any countries. Payments are received to the accounts of Ukrainian banks in the national currency hryvnia. Conversion takes place on the side of the payer's bank.
Sometimes customers from other countries (NOT Ukraine) have "Payment Failed" via WayForPay and different response codes. Below are the answers how to solve them.
Response code: 1101 (Declined To Card Issuer) — Refusal of Issuer's Bank in the transaction — Failed to make payment. This means that your bank has declined the transaction. Your bank's system does this for security reasons. Some European banks do not trust to make payment in Ukraine. To solve this problem — contact your bank and confirm the payment on our website! Or use a card of another bank.
Response code: 1102 (Bad CVV2) — Invalid CVV code — Payment failed. Please make sure you have entered the correct parameters and try again.
Response code: 1103 (Expired card) — Card expired or incorrect expiry date — Payment failed. Contact your bank or use another card. Please make sure you have entered the settings correctly and try again.
Response code: 1104 (Insufficient Funds) — Insufficient funds — Payment could not be made. Insufficient funds on the card.
Also WayForPay's security system may reject your payment if the order amount is large and you are using Apple Pay or Google Pay payment method. In this case, you must enter your card details manually and do not use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
